the property is located in Hohenecken, a suburb of K-town in a quiet cul de sac with little traffic. It’s a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with the forest just behind the backyard. Lots of trails can be explored from here.

The 288 sqm (3100 sqft) living space is stretching on 4 levels, giving you plenty of opportunities to host guests or ﬁll up the house with a big family.

It's a 15 mins distance to Ramstein Airbase, four mins to Vogelweh or freeway access "Kaiserslautern-West" and 10 mins to K-town-city.

you enter the house at street level/ ground floor. There is a garage with remote opening door next to the entrance door. In front of the house is space for three more cars.

this floor is on street level and next to the entrance of the house. It’s perfect for guest rooms or bedrooms for teenager kids or young grown-ups who want to stay a bit on their own. There are two rooms with oak parquet and a small bathroom. There is also a small storage room with all the supplies for a kitchenette.

The garage is also the access to the basement with storage rooms, the boiler room and oil tank.

entering this floor you’ll find yourself in the hall with a built in wardrobe where you can leave your shoes and coats…on this floor you also find the kitchen, next to it a pantry, living /dining room from which you can enter the garden/ back porch.

Two more rooms can be used as home office, TV-room, could be a playground for the children or even bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet-room on this floor.

the 2nd floor is taken up by the bedrooms. For that reason it’s carpet on the floor. You’re entering from the staircase the hall, followed by the huge master bedroom opens to the garden. In the morning you can step out on the balcony listening the birds singing… There are two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. From the hall leads an internal wooden stair up to the attic and it’s gallery with further bedrooms.

the laundry room is in-between the master bedroom and the bathroom. It has all the supplies for a (german) washing machine and dryer (will be provided by FMO). There is a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom.

exploring the garden

the garden stretches out behind the house, followed by the wood. A wonderful place especially in the summer – great playground for children. All fenced in, with a gate to the wood. The garden/ back porch is also accessible from the side-entrance. There is no need to carry muddy stuff through the house - also easy access for garden parties.

...direct access to the forest behind the house. Stepping up the stairs in the back of the garden you’ll find yourself on trails in the forest. Perfect to go out for a jog or building treehouses…have fun.
