the  property  is  located  in Hohenecken, a suburb of K-town in  a  quiet  cul  de  sac  with  little traffic.  It’s  a  beautiful  and  quiet neighbourhood  with  the  forest just behind the backyard. Lots of trails can be explored from here.

this floor is on street level and next to the entrance of the house.  It’s  perfect  for  guest  rooms  or  bedrooms  for teenager kids or young grown-ups who want to stay a bit on their own. There are two rooms with oak parquet and a  small  bathroom.  There  is  also  a  small  storage  room with all the supplies for a kitchenette.

The  garage  is  also  the  access  to  the  basement  with storage rooms, the boiler room and oil tank.

From  the  hall  leads  an  internal  wooden  stair  up  to  the attic and it’s gallery with further bedrooms.

the garden stretches out behind the house, followed by the wood. A wonderful place especially in the summer – great playground for children. All fenced in, with a gate to the wood. The garden/ back porch is also accessible from the side-entrance. There is no need to carry muddy stuff through the house - also easy access for garden parties.
